  • The Whole ConFITence Gut Protocol is an 8-month progressive journey designed to support deep, sustainable gut healing.

    It’s broken into two intentional phases:

    Phase 1 (Months 1–5):
    You’ll learn how to gradually identify and reduce foods and habits that may be contributing to inflammation, while building supportive replacements that work in real life.

    Phase 2 (Months 6–8):
    You’ll shift focus toward daily habits, nourishment, and lifestyle practices that help restore balance and support long-term gut health.

    This is not a restrictive short-term reset—it’s a guided process that allows your body time to adapt, while you learn and build confidence along the way.

    Most importantly, you can move at your own pace within the structure.

    We do not believe in extreme overnight elimination.

    Instead, you’ll learn how to make progressive, supported changes over time, so your body and lifestyle can actually adjust without overwhelm or burnout.

    That being said, it may feel like it at times as your current diet may or may not contain a lot of the foods we are working to replace. Also keep in mind all changes are progressive not an overnight upheaval.
