“I never thought personal training would be my thing, but I’m so glad I invested in my own health!”
Amanda W
"I started training with Whole ConFITence two months ago. I'm a mother of five children and was experiencing Pelvic Floor Prolapse. I was in need of pelvic floor strengthening and core strengthening before things got worse. Even though I had my last child over five years ago and have done little since then to build strength Megan was confident she could help.
Megan is kind and encouraging and very knowledgeable. She assed my needs accurately and also discovered that I had a Diastasis of two finger tips in separation. Since working with her my Diastasis is now only one finger tip of separation and my core and pelvic floor are measurably stronger.
I would highly recommend Whole ConFITence to anyone and especially for those who are pregnant, recovering from childbirth, have had multiple childbirths, have prolapse or want to prevent prolapse in the future."

Amanda joined the ConFITent crew after years of fitness already under her belt. Due to a lack of foundational training and utilizing proper muscle groups we were able to take her lifts and body to a new level.
I’ve been working out with Megan for 4 months and I’ve learned so much. She puts a lot of thought into planning workouts specific for my goals and she has a tremendous amount of knowledge from years of education. She doesn’t just put a bunch of movements together and call it a workout. I had developed some muscle imbalances from years of overtraining certain muscles. Megan helped me identify areas I needed to strengthen and I feel better now than I have probably ever. I never thought personal training would be my thing, but I’m so glad I invested in my own health!
“Megan taught me how to navigate my own workout in the gym, and I've grown confident. I no longer feel lost and insecure in the gym.

I've been on the fringe of fitness for a long time. My go to has just always been 20 minute cardio sessions which would boost my energy but I just kinda stalled out and didn't see much progress no matter how much I worked on the eliptical. Meanwhile, Flex Fitness opened up, and I was watching people doing weight training.
I didn't know how. Am I too old?...(51)...so I reached out to Megan.
We got started, and I had no clue what I was doing. I thought I was just signing up for some "guided workouts", but what I got instead was an all around lifestyle change. Megan taught me how to navigate my own workout in the gym, and I've grown confident. I no longer feel lost and insecure in the gym. I have learned how to couple that with healthy eating and accountability.
Now I'm enjoying the sweat, and I've discovered I'm much stronger than I thought both mentally and physically! Thanks Megan! I've found a new friend and fun lifestyle.
