the why behind the what

 
 

I started training women of all ages, shapes and sizes in 2008. six years into my training i realized that i was selling my clients short. While we were able to obtain all the intended goals; pounds lost, strength gained, TUMMY'S flattened, legs toned, better athletes, rehabilitaion - i wanted more for them, and they wanted it too.

In 2012 I started doing the internal work that was necessary to see life long changes. No more white knuckling self discipline or riding the infinite yo-yo that seems to drag so many around. I was on a mission to figure out what my clients needed in order to really BECOME the change that they desired.

For the past 7 years it has been my passion to listen to my clients desires, help them identify their own self sabotaging behaviors as well as the the thought patterns that drive them. I train my clients to SHOW UP and allow the process to do the work. For some, results come quickly while for others it is a slower process but it is one that HEALS. While shame, guilt, self-hatred, fear can all be substantial motivators, I prefer to work with my clients in a way where they are motivated by the desire to give themselves and those around them, better. To truly become the best version of themselves from the inside out.
